Connect the magnetic cable to charge the tracker for at least 2 hours before the first use. The LED light stays on while charging and turns off when fully charged.

3️⃣ Activate Your Dogguz GPS Tracker

- Register your pet's profile with all their details to take full advantage of all the benefits the Dogguz app offers.
- Registra el perfil de tu mascota con todos sus datos para aprovechar al máximo todos los beneficios que ofrece la app Dogguz.
- Go to Services (🔧 icon) in the main menu.
- Ve al menú Servicios (ícono 🔧) en el menú principal.
- A subscription screen will appear, where you can activate your tracker by choosing a monthly or annual membership. If your GPS includes an activation code, you may enter it here to instantly unlock all premium Dogguz features.
- Se abrirá la pantalla de acceso, donde podrás activar tu rastreador eligiendo una membresía mensual o anual. Si tu GPS incluye un código de activación, puedes ingresarlo allí para desbloquear de inmediato todas las funciones premium de Dogguz.
- Next, go to Locate Your Dog → menu (three dots) → Scan QR.
- Luego, ve a Localiza tu perro → menú (tres puntos) → Escanear QR.
- Scan the QR code (IMEI) printed on your device’s box, or enter the IMEI manually (printed on the back of the tracker).
- Escanea el código QR (IMEI) que está en la caja del dispositivo, o ingresa el IMEI manualmente (está en la parte posterior del rastreador).
- The system will display: Device Linked.

- ⚠️ Note: If you are indoors or in an enclosed area, step outside to an open space and gently shake the tracker for about 2 minutes to allow the device to acquire its first GPS location.

4️⃣ Attach the Tracker to Your Pet’s Collar

- Remove the collar and slide it through the tracker holder.

- Adjust so it fits comfortably but securely.
- Ajusta para que quede cómodo y seguro.
5️⃣ Safe Zone (Geo-fence)
5️⃣ Zona Segura (Cerca Virtual)
When you activate the Safe Zone, press your finger anywhere on the map for 2 seconds to mark the safe zone.
🔹 A green circle appears on the map.
🔹 Use the + and – buttons to resize it.
🔹 If your dog leaves the safe zone, the circle turns red and a notification + sound alert is sent.
🔹 When the pet returns to the area, the circle turns green again automatically.
You can activate multiple alerts in the Locate Your Dog section inside the app.
Cuando activas la Zona Segura, presiona con tu dedo en cualquier parte del mapa por 2 segundos para marcar la zona.
🔹 Aparecera un círculo verde en el mapa.
🔹 Usa los botones + y – para ajustar el tamaño.
🔹 Si tu perro sale del área, el círculo cambia a rojo y recibirás una notificación y una alerta sonora.
🔹 Cuando tu mascota regrese, el círculo volverá a verde automáticamente.
Puedes activar varias alertas desde la sección Localiza tu perro dentro de la aplicación.
